Henderson Community College (HCC) has paid off $250,000 worth of the college’s students’ debts, impacting over 330 students. The College was able to provide this debt relief thanks to the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF), provided by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Postsecondary Education.

We are thrilled to announce the reopening of the Henderson Senior Center (also known as The Gathering Place) to the community on Tuesday, July 6th at 8AM. "Our local seniors have been patiently waiting for our reopening and we can't wait to open our doors and see their smiling faces in a few short weeks," said Bill Rhodes, Executive Director. 

The I-69 Ohio River Crossing (I-69 ORX) project office is reopening this week. The office will be open every Tuesday, Wednesday and by appointment. It’s open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT on Tuesdays and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT on Wednesdays. Current health guidelines apply for office visitors.

Henderson, KY – Henderson Community College (HCC) has been awarded a grant to fund a Summer Bridge Program, called Pivot to Success, that aims to help students transition from high school and achieve success in college. This program is free to students.
